Price offers can be used in an active lot, provided there are no bids on the page for that lot.
Click on the button in the form of a spark in the Sell/Active section of your account.
When the lot bidding feature is enabled, the spark icon is highlighted in red.
When the feature is disabled, the spark icon is not highlighted and a new bid will not be available on the page for that lot. Already existing bids are also removed.
