To withdraw funds from the wallet, go to the Wallet section of the cabinet and select "Withdraw Funds".

A form will open in which you need to specify the details for the withdrawal.

After filling, click on "Withdraw funds", you will receive an SMS with a request to confirm your actions. Enter the code and click "Confirm".

You can withdraw any amount (including non-circular, for example, 190 UAH). Send the application to pay@violity.ua

When replenishing the account by money transfer to the account (to the Privatbank card), the bank commission for the return of funds is 2% of the amount.

When replenishing an account through the Violity website (Privat24), the bank commission for a refund is 3% of the amount.

When replenishing an account through the Violity website (by Visa / Mastercard), the bank commission for a refund is 4% of the amount.

You can output:

- the entire amount (you do not plan to use the system in the near future);

- part of the amount (you intend to use the services of the site; for this, leave a balance in your wallet with a minimum replenishment amount, which is 100 UAH).

Please indicate in your application:

- Your login;

- entered during registration e-mail;

- phone number specified during registration;

- a way to replenish an account on Violity (Visa / Mastercard, Privat24, transfer to a bank card);

- number of the card to which the funds will be withdrawn;

- full name of the owner of the card to which the funds will be withdrawn;

- the amount of withdrawal.

The refund procedure is carried out within 10 banking days.

At the time of application, there should be no active lots in the sale.
