To purchase a lot without participating in the auction (not waiting for completion in time), use the "Blitz price" function, if it is provided in the lot.
Click on the button, confirming the intention to purchase the lot immediately. The auction will be closed and soon you will be able to contact the seller to complete the transaction.
If you have previously placed a bid and are the leader in the auction, but do not want to wait for their completion, you can buy the item immediately by clicking on "Buy Now".
