Bonuses are virtual accounting units credited by the Violity site administration to your Violity site bonus account and debited by the administration when performing actions for which the use of bonuses is allowed.

The Bonus Account is solely for your personal use on the Violity website. Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, received compensation for them, including cash, or alienated in any other way.

Bonuses are credited to your bonus account in such cases.

1. Compensation for the cost of delivery of the verification code - in the amount of 50 bonuses.

2. Calculation of remuneration for unpacking lots. The amount of remuneration is determined by the administration. In the case of submitting several videos to participate in the unpacking contest, the reward accrued to you cannot exceed 150 bonuses for all videos sent to participate in the contest.

3. When a new user's account is activated, 10 bonuses are credited as a welcome. This accrual is carried out to all new users registered from January 1, 2021.

4. For participation in promotions and / or incentive programs conducted by the administration.

5. As compensation for failures in the operation of the site, in the amount determined by the administration unilaterally.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn or transferred to the main virtual account.

The procedure for using and writing off bonuses

The bonus gives you the right to receive a discount in the amount of 1 hryvnia.

Bonuses are not recognized and are not legal tender or any type of currency or security.

Bonuses are not convertible into cash and cannot be transferred from the bonus wallet to your wallet or to a payment card / settlement account owned by you or third parties.

You can use bonuses only with a positive balance in the wallet and within the limits of the available number of bonuses on the bonus account.

You can use bonuses to pay:

- placement of the lot;

- setting a reserve price;

- the choice of the exact time;

- support of trades;

- rate;

- price offer.

Bonuses are spent on paying for the site's services by providing a discount on such services in soums up to a hundredth of the bonus (equivalent to a penny). With a positive balance in your bonus wallet, first of all, payment for the above services is debited from the bonus account, and in case of depletion of bonuses - from your main account.

The administration reserves the right to change the list of services, when paying for which the use of bonuses is allowed, about which you will be notified via a corresponding message on the main page in your account. Such notice shall be deemed to inform you of the changes.

Accrued bonuses remain on the bonus account for 365 calendardays from the moment of crediting. If for some reason you have not used bonuses within the specified period, their balance will be automatically canceled. Revoked bonuses cannot be restored.

The validity period of bonuses may be terminated early in case of completion of the bonus program at the initiative of the administration, which will be notified to you in advance by posting information on the main page in your account at least 7 days before the end of the bonus program.

In case of non-redemption of the lot, the bonuses spent on paying for the services of the site for such a lot are returned to your bonus account.

The administration has the right to unilaterally write off from your bonus account bonuses that were accrued by mistake, as well as in cases of fraud and / or dishonest actions with the bonus account, including those committed by third parties.

If you violate the Violity rules, which entail the application of sanctions in the form of a ban, the balance of bonuses on the bonus account is canceled by the administration. You are not entitled to receive any compensation from the administration for such debited bonuses.

In case of deactivation of your profile (by your decision or by the decision of the administration), the balance of bonuses on the bonus account is canceled by the administration. At the same time, you are not entitled to receive any compensation from the administration for such debited bonuses.

Other conditions

The administration has the right to unilaterally make any changes to the current rules of the bonus program, after notifying you of such changes 2 calendar daysin advance. Information about upcoming changes is published on the main page in your account and is considered a fact of proper informing about such changes.

The administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate the bonus program at any time by notifying you no later than 7 calendar days in advance through the main page in the account, which is considered a fact of proper informing about upcoming changes.

A notification is considered made on behalf of the administration if it is published on the main page in your account.

The administration does not enter into any disputes regarding the correctness and timeliness of the accrual / write-off of bonuses, is not obliged to explain and is not responsible for such actions.

In the event of a situation that allows for an ambiguous interpretation of the rules of the bonus program (collisions) or any issues that are not directly regulated by these rules, the final decision is made by the administration. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn or transferred to the main virtual account.
