Deal valuation

As soon as the transaction takes place, evaluate its quality.

In a chat with a buyer, click on the ellipsis button in the list of sold lots and select the appropriate review.


If the transaction was successful, select the green smiley (“Great”). This means that the transaction was successful. Click "Yes" to confirm the action.


If the deal was average, select the orange smiley ("Fine"). Indicate one or more points that you were unhappy with and that the seller needs to work on. Click "Yes" to confirm the action.


If the transaction was not successful for you, select a red smiley (“Very bad”). For example, the seller refused to sell the lot. Click "Yes" to confirm the action.


Important!

You can leave feedback about the deal no earlier than 24 hours after it is completed. This time is allotted to confirm that the deal has indeed been completed.

The opportunity to review a deal is available within 50 days from the end of the auction.

When exchanging reviews, both users must have a positive walletbalance. Only in this case the feedback is displayed and taken into account in the business rating. Reviews left by a user with a zero or negative balance will not be taken into account and will not be displayed in the profile. When the user replenishes the wallet, the feedback will be taken into account and displayed in the business rating.

A completed transaction will be included in the rating calculation only if there are mutual feedback from counterparties, that is, your feedback will not be credited to your counterparty until he gives an answer.

Negative reviews are taken into account immediately, regardless of the balance in the wallet of either party.

Only in this case the feedback is displayed and taken into account in the business rating. Reviews left by a user with a zero or negative balance will not be taken into account and will not be displayed in the profile. When the user replenishes the wallet, the feedback will be taken into account and displayed in the business rating.

If the transaction was average, select an orange emoticon (“Normal”). Indicate one or more items that you were not satisfied with and that the seller needs to work on. Click “Yes” to confirm the action.

If the transaction was unsuccessful for you, select the red emoticon (“Very bad”). For example, the seller refused to sell the item. Click “Yes” to confirm the action.
