Deal valuation

When the deal is done, evaluate the quality of the deal. Click on the lot menu button located in the chat with the seller on the left in the list of purchased lots, and select the appropriate feedback option.



If the transaction was successful, select the green smiley (“Great”). This means that the transaction was successful.Write a comment and click "Send" to confirm the action. If you do not leave a comment, there will be a systematic message "Excellent"


If the deal was average, select the orange smiley ("Fine"). Indicate one or more points that you were unhappy with and that the seller needs to work on. Click "Send" to confirm the action.


If the deal was not successful for you, select the red smiley (“Very bad”). For example, the seller refused to sell the lot. Click "Send" to confirm the action.


Important!

You can leave feedback about the deal no earlier than 24 hours after it is completed. This time is allotted to confirm that the deal has indeed been completed.



The opportunity to review a deal is available within 50 days from the end of the auction.

When exchanging reviews, both users must have a positive wallet balance. Only in this case the feedback is displayed and taken into account in the business rating. Reviews left by a user with a zero or negative balance will not be taken into account and will not be displayed in the profile. When the user replenishes the wallet, the feedback will be taken into account and displayed in the business rating.

A completed transaction will be included in the rating calculation only if there are mutual feedback from counterparties, that is, your feedback will not be credited to your counterparty until he gives an answer.

Negative reviews are taken into account immediately, regardless of the balance in the wallet of either party.

Reviews left by a user with a zero or negative balance will not be taken into account and will not be displayed in the profile.
