In accordance with the rules of the site, it is forbidden to cancel the bid or refuse to pay for the purchased lot if it does not contain defects and flaws other than those indicated in the description or clearly and unambiguously visually determined in the photographs added to the lot and in the comments to the lot until the buyer makes auction rates.

If there is a need to cancel the bid, contact the site moderators on the lot page by clicking on the "Inform" button.

Select "Remove bid, comment" from the menu. Remove the item from the auction”, describing below the reason for removing your bid.

Your appeal will be considered within 24 hours from the moment of appeal.

Important! If the bid is canceled at the initiative of the buyer, we recommend that you immediately mark “Agree to profile blocking” so that the moderator resolves the issue as soon as possible.
