Verification

Attention! In connection with the introduction of martial law on February 24, 2022, the verification of all users was canceled in order to secure the completion of transactions.

Dear users, please pay and send lots, taking into account the current situation.

After the victory of Ukraine, all users will be able to re-submit their data for verification.


To pass verification, go to My account and select the user menu (portrait icon in the upper right corner of the account) and the corresponding button.


To pass verification, you need to have a certain number of positive reviews about transactions.

The required number of reviews has not been disclosed by the administration.

For users who do not have access to verification due to the lack of the required number of positive reviews, the system displays such a message.


If the data filling form is open, enter the required information in the free fields.

1. Name

2. Surname

3. Middle name

4. The city in which you are located when you receive the verification code.

5. Nova Poshta branch, where you will receive a parcel with a verification code.

6. Phone number, taking into account the operator code (063...; 050...; 067... etc.).

7. The last 4 digits of the account number (located on the front side of the bank card). If you wish, you can specify the numbers of several of your accounts.

Addition to point 4. Start typing the name of the city or region, and the system will display all similar options to facilitate the search.

Addition to point 5. Click the "Down" arrow at the end of the input field to specify in which department of Nova Poshta of the selected locality you will receive the code.

After filling in all the fields, check the entered data and click "Verify".

The data was sent to the database for further processing. You will only have to receive the verification code at the specified branch of Nova Poshta and enter it in the "Verification" section (user menu) - "Account not verified".


1. Enter a six-digit code.

2. Click Verify.

Any changes in the profile of a verified user will invalidate the current verification and automatically generate a new code. When replacing a payment card, recipient's address, phone number, it is provided to re-pass verification to obtain the status of a verified user. As soon as you enter the re-verification code, your account will automatically receive a compensation for the cost of delivering the code in the amount of UAH 50.

To edit the verification data and get a new code, contact the support in your account.

Attention! The user is personally responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted for verification. The administration does not correct personal data on its own initiative without the official application of the user.
