Removing a lot from sale
You can only remove the lot from sale that is listed at a fixed price on the Violity for Collectors website, as well as before the first bid on the OXO Fair.
In the Sell/Active section of your account, select the desired lot and click the arrow button.
In other cases, it is prohibited to remove a lot from the auction ahead of time by the rules of the site.

3. It is forbidden to withdraw the lot from the auction ahead of schedule.
Therefore, we kindly request, in the event of force majeure situations or a good reason, click the button in the "Inform" lot and be sure to SPECIFY the REASON for removal (double, photos not uploaded, etc.).
After that, your application for the withdrawal of the lot will be considered, and the answer will come to your e-mail, which is specified during registration on the site.
Your application will be considered within 24 hours from the moment of application.
