How to find out the buyer's data?

You can contact the buyer in the following way.

WARNING! Lot chat will not be available to the user if:

- business rating of the seller up to "1" (inclusive) and any negative balance on the wallet;

- seller's business rating from "1.01" to "10" (inclusive) and negative balance below "-9.99" UAH;

- seller's business rating from "10.01" to "20" (inclusive) and negative balance below "-49.99" UAH;

- seller's business rating from "20.01" to "50" (inclusive) and negative balance below "-249.99" UAH;

- seller's business rating from "50.01" and negative balance below "-499.99" UAH;

Also, until the wallet account is replenished, the following functions will not be available in the personal account:

- evaluate the agreement (feedback);

- receive feedback, by agreement, from another user.

After the end of the auction in your account in the Sell/Sold section within half an hour (up to 30 minutes), a chat icon in the form of a cloud will appear. Open a chat to start chatting with a counterparty.

In the chat that opens, in addition to the section for communicating with the buyer, information about him is visible.

In accordance with the rules of the site, the seller is obliged to contact the buyer within 3 days and provide details for paying for the lot.
