Blocking a user by rating.

Attention! Blocking a user by rating does not delete the already made bid by a user with a rating below the specified one, but only prevents his next bids.

Use the "Rating to bid" feature if you do not want users with low ratings to participate in your auctions.

Go to My Account/Settings/Rating

On the scale, select the minimum rating that a buyer must have in order to bid on your listing page. To confirm the action, click the "Save" button.

The minimum rating cap starts with "-2".

If the seller has blocked the user after the bid, the bid will be active until it is outbid.

To cancel the blocking, click the "Remove restrictions" button and be sure to confirm the action by clicking the "Save" button.
