You can pay for the won lot only with personal funds. The money in the Violity wallet is intended only for paying for the site's services and is automatically withdrawn by the system.

After the winning bid, the lot in your account is moved to the Buy/Purchased section. On the lot page, you, as the winner of the auction, will have access to a chat with the seller.

The seller is obliged to get in touch with you within 3 days. You can also write to the seller via chat. After payment and receipt of the lot, leave your feedback on the transaction, after which the lot will be deleted from the account.
